National TV Sales & Rentals is a young and very aggressive company with great growth potential in the Rent to Own Industry. Helping the Community

  • Health Insurance
    Currently, the group Health Insurance coverage is through a PPO network. You must meet the criteria of 1-year, consecutive, full time service before you are eligible to enroll in the group insurance. National TV Sales and Rental will pay the premium for the employee while the employee has the option of adding dependents at his/her own expense to the group coverage.

  • Vacation
    National TV provides 1 week (40 hours) annual paid vacation after the full time employee has met the 1 year service requirement. It is required that the employee work the last work day before vacation week and the first work day after the vacation week to be paid for the vacation week. Vacations must be requested in advance and approved.

  • Leaves
    For National Guard Duty, the employee will be allowed excused time off without pay.

    If an employee is called up to Active Duty, they will be allowed excused time off without pay. At such time as the employee returns and is fully able to resume their prior duties, he/she will be eligible for a like position within the National TV Company.

  • National TV Contribution Plan
    After an employee has reached 501 hours in any given year, a contribution will be made for that employee in the National TV Profit Sharing Plan. The amount will be 15% of the employee's qualifying gross pay. The amount of profit that the Profit Sharing Plan makes each year & is passed on to the participating employees depends on the outside financial market. The percentage of forfeitures that the employee receives is based on the amount of the contribution for them for that year. The Profit Sharing Plan has an ascending vested scale of benefits. To have a vested year, the employee must have at least 1001 hours of service within that year.

  • Education
    There are uniform, paid training sessions for Stage I, Stage II and Stage III for the employees to equip themselves with the knowledge necessary to excel and advance within the National TV Company. There are also paid outside training seminars available from time to time on various related subjects for management personnel to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in our line of business. Your own achievements and personal work ethics only limit you.

  • Bonuses
    There is a discretionary Christmas Bonus of up to 2% of the employee’s gross wages as long as that 2% figures out to be more than $50.00

  • Advancement
    National TV promotes from within whenever possible.

  • Employee Purchase Program
    National TV offers an employee purchase program where any employee that has more than 90 days of employment with National TV can purchase any merchandise that is carried in the stores locations at store cost plus tax. A 13 week deduction could also be used to purchase the product at an additional 13% plus tax as long as the total deduction per paycheck exceeds 50 dollars.
